Pre-Construction

Nothing substitutes for a good set of plans that to accurately reflect your project both esthetically and financially.  The ability to ensure good documents and to identify possible issues and head them off before construction starts will be the key to controlling the overall project budget and schedule.


  • Manage Architectural, Engineering and Consultant Team
    • Monitor schedule and deliverables
    • Review payment applications

  • Attend Design Meetings and comment on:
    • Cost issues
    • Constructibility issues
    • Long lead items
    • Coordination

  • Prepare detailed construction estimates

  • Coordinate project with Landlord
    • Review acceptance of leased space
    • Review landlord work
    • Plan work outside of leased space
